We Listen to our Generals
The administration continues to play the refrain - We listen to or generals and run the war according to them not politics. Well their actions do suggest that half of that is true. They do listen to their generals. As soon as one suggests that more troops are needed they either force an apology or fire him. This is an improvement of their previous position which was to fire or force an apology from a general if he said anything about the war not going right. Just because every general that has contradicted the administration's stance has been right does not mean that they have to listen to them. Why change 6 years of policy just because it is not working.
